Yes. I regularly travel for sessions. Travel fees include mileage or roundtrip travel, lodging if required, and any location/permit fees. Travel estimates will be provided before booking.

You can reschedule once at no cost if you provide 48 hours’ notice. The $250 deposit remains non-refundable but will transfer to your new date. Last-minute reschedules or no-shows may incur a fee.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring outfits, props, cultural items, or brand elements that help tell your story. If you need styling guidance, I can help you plan.

You’re welcome to bring a friend, partner, or assistant if it helps you feel comfortable or supported. For branding sessions, you can also bring team members or collaborators who will appear in the photos. If additional people will be photographed or assisting, just let me know ahead of time so we can plan the session flow.

Pets are welcome only if they are part of the shoot and if we’ve confirmed that the location allows animals. Please check with me ahead of time so I can make sure we have approval and everything runs smoothly.

Studio sessions are absolutely an option. I can coordinate studio rentals based on your style, budget, and availability. Studio fees are not included in your package and must be paid upfront to secure the space. Once we confirm the location you want, I’ll handle booking and add the rental cost to your invoice.

Yes — all packages include a standard usage license for personal, branding, and business promotion. If you need extended commercial licensing, we can add that to your package.
